Fox goes Black
Congratulations to Paul Fox from the Athlone Taekwon-Do School who received his Black Belt last weekend after an 18-year martial arts odyssey. Paul was put through his paces by Senior Master Anthony Phelan (8th degree) at the Republic of Ireland Taekwon-Do Association’s second biannual black belt exam in Dublin. The martial artist originally started training in Bray in 1990 and took a scenic route through several Taekwon-Do schools before settling in Athlone in 2005.
